This month’s grid is close to my place, so I know the area pretty well. West 11th Avenue is a dividing line. North of 11th is industrial businesses and warehouses with some wetlands north and west of the grid. The south side of 11th is dense residential with a healthy mix of sngle family homes and apartment complexes. I spent four photowalks strolling through these areas, it’s an interesting grid.
